More Social Networking

So yesterday I got invited by Google to join Google+.  “Cool” thinks I. I’ve been hearing about this new revolutionary social networking site. I’m already on Facebook (who isn’t anymore), and Twitter, and I still have a My Space (not actively using, but its there), and memberships to tons of other sites.  What good is another one? So of course I went and signed up.

“This is gonna be cool” thinks I.  Then I realize, I don’t have any idea what it does.  No one I know is a member yet.  There really isn’t anything to do on the site. “Not as cool as I hoped.” thinks I. Well its still in beta so maybe it will get better.

I have 150 invitations I can dole out.  If anyone is interested in trying Google+ let me know and I’ll send you an invite to join.  Can’t say its worth your time, but maybe if some other people I know join it will change the experience.
